Given an individual's physical attributes, fitness benchmarks and stated goals as a set of data points, and the delta or change of these data points measured and recorded every 7 days, is it possible to model a dynamic workout builder that tailors a workout program for the individual over time until the stated goals of the individual have been achieved?
